Let’s make space for your questions.

Starting therapy is a brave step. This page is here to offer clarity and reassurance as you explore what support might look like for you.

1. What should I expect during the first session?

In our first session, we’ll discuss what brought you here, what you hope to gain from therapy, and begin getting to know each other. It’s a gentle, pressure-free conversation designed to help you feel safe and supported.

2. Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes—all sessions are held virtually, so you can access support from the comfort of your own space. I work with clients across North Carolina.

3. What types of therapy do you offer?

I offer individual and couples therapy, using approaches like the Gottman Method, mindfulness-based therapy, and solution-focused techniques—always tailored to your unique needs.

4. Do you speak Spanish?

Yes, I’m a bilingual therapist and offer therapy in both English and Spanish.

5. Do you accept insurance?

At this time, I’m not in-network with insurance companies. However, I can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement if your plan includes out-of-network benefits.

6. How much does therapy cost?

Session fees and payment details can be discussed during our consultation. I strive to offer care that is accessible and respectful of your investment in your well-being.

7. What if I’m not sure therapy is right for me?

That’s completely okay. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so you can ask questions and get a feel for what working together might be like—no pressure.
